Network Marketing Magic- Do You Like The Support Of The Group?

We all need a steady flow of income to live in this world. Network Marketing offers its members an income for either part-time or full-time work.

One advantage is... you work when you want. One disadvantage is that your income is based on sales. For companies that have monthly order continuity built in this is good. However, if you have to go out and get each sale that can be a challenge. Unless... you are equipped.

A traditional job ties its members to a number of hours per day in exchange for money. In good economic times, you keep your job. As with the life of many businesses, some lose their job. With "the job" as the only source of income... you need another job.

Today, it is becoming more apparent that the key is to have your own "side business" already generating some income. Most marketers start their businesses while working a traditional full-time job.

WARNING! here: Do Not Quit Your Job to start a Business. When success comes and it makes sense financially... then consider leaving your job.

I purposely did not define Network Marketing (NWM) or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM). If this is not common knowledge to you read this wiki page. Wikipedia does a fine job here: Click here

Bottom line.. NWM is a legitimate business period. However, as in traditional businesses - there are those who will try to get your money (scam) with a promise of instant riches (fraud). There are many good Network Marketing companies that have excellent products and services to market.

The problem comes into play when people are not professional in doing their business. Then, new people are turned off and never want anything to do with network marketing again.

In network marketing, it is the group that grows your income through leverage. Leveraged income leverages the work of other people to create income for you. The bigger the group, the bigger your paycheck grows. You leverage the number of people in your organization selling products and services. You are paid not only for what you sell, but also a percentage of your teams sales.

Another huge aspect of this business model is - Residual income. This is revenue that occurs over time from work done one time. A NWM or direct sales income comes from customers when they reorder product every month.

This model of business is extremely exciting. Your 30 minutes or an hour of work can exponentially grow to 100...500...1000 work hours as your team grows. Wow! cha-ching right?

This is where people go wrong. They join a company because it sounds so good. When they find out that there are challenges, they quit. I'll drop the big bomb later. The question is... How do I make this business duplicatable. There is the problem. This is the point where most folks get stuck. You do not have to.

The answer...Internet. The great equalizer. The world-wide web has made small business possible for you and me. Internet marketing has bridged the gap from state to state and country to country for all of us. Now, when you are successful, your local market will ask you about what you are doing.

With all the offers on the Internet screaming," START YOUR OWN BUSINESS ONLINE!" The confusion mounts as you go from site to site. They all look and sound the same. Which network marketing company should you pick. Here are a few general suggestions here although this will not be a complete list.

- The company you choose should have at least a 5 year track record (do a search in entrepreneur.com) they say 15 years may be saturated but if it is your love - go for it.

- Do you believe in the product or service - you want to sell a product or service that you are sold on yourself.

- What does the company offer by way of support.

- Is the product or service in demand or fad.

- Is the product or service priced right - can most people afford it.

The thing is, do your due diligence and research thoroughly. Take your time here.

If you are just starting out with a decision to start your own income generating... you fill in the blank.

There are blogs, social networking sites, web sites (I recommend your own web site at some point) as ways to market your product or service.

Because of the Internet, it is much easier today to build a team; be part of a team, or just sell... a lot!

Old School Methods Are Dead

In my parents' generation, it was family and friends and your circle of influence. My folks would have "opportunity meetings" at their house and fill the garage with product. Today your circle of influence can literally be world-wide without leaving the comforts of your home. You can still have meetings at your house but notifying attendees and staying connected just got much easier.

Alright, here is the big bomb I promised. Over 95% of those who start in Network Marketing fail. Boom! You do not have to be in that group. You are going to learn first... and then move forward. You're going to have a game plan. You will have a systematic method of marketing your product or service. You will not chase people.. you will have people and customers chasing you - wanting to join your team.

Why?

Because you will have the knowledge before you start. You will have what over 95% of people do not. You will have the tools and techniques necessary to explode your income. Forethought and diligence are sure of profit... you will succeed. It does not matter what carefully chosen company you select to build your business.

Start with your chosen NWM company and lead your team with the following resources. Of course, you will want to go through the training first. Your education: Renegade University training. Did I mention...Free You will have access to step-by-step audio, video and written guidance paced for the beginner with the depth of pros.

Once you choose a company, you will have a system of training to plug your team into. This allows you to focus on new business and additional steams of income.
